"Wasted my time today! I called in at 2.40pm on my way home hoping for a haircut - thought it wouldn’t be too busy for a walk in cut. I was told I had to make an appointment or could come back at 4.30pm. I agreed I’m pop back at 4.30pm. At 4.27pm the owner was closing the shutters and wandering back to his car! Thank you very much! You won’t be getting my custom ever again!"

"Sit and wait barbers however they prefer appointment bookings, they so cut throat shaving by app only great friendly staff easy to get on with will obviously talk about anything love the gossip but most importantly they all do a great cut and it's deffo worth the money I pay."

"Second time I have attended now when the place is empty and the owner said he couldn't be bothered to cut my hair, time before he was hung over. Don't waste your time and use a Turkish barbets much better service.v"

"I must admit I have come to willerby gents once before and I was happy with my cut, but unfortunately this time I came in from biking only for the staff to tell me they were fully booked, of course I would have understood if it was busy but there were no customers inside nor does it say on the website I had to book"
