"had the worst hair cut I've ever seen here. had loverly long hair so booked in for a cut and blow dry. when I got there she didn't wash my hair decided she only had time for a dry cut. I thought well you can't go far wrong with a trim. well how wrong was I. my hair was butchered and the layers are the worst I've ever seen not even blended into my hair!! I was so upset and very costly to get it sorted out!"
