"Had an endoscopy here and as an anxious patient I was very much put at ease. The receptionists were friendly, the whole process was super efficient and quick. I was in and out in just over an hour! The nurses and doctors were very knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me relax during the procedure. Would recommend!"

"I originally had an endoscopy done here a couple of years ago but couldn’t finish the procedure. This time, I got an appointment within 5 days of them calling me, and knowing I was extremely anxious and bordering on having a panic attack, the nurses and doctor were absolutely brilliant at putting my mind at ease, explaining everything in a simple yet concise manner, explaining everything they did beforehand, the quality of care here was absolutely brilliant! Once I’d woken up a bit from the sedation the lady looking after me was so very kind, she didn’t rush me at all and she made sure I was safe to leave with my boyfriend taking me home. She held my hand at one point when I was struggling, I don’t remember the procedure too well due to sedation but I remember the warmth and empathy she showed towards me. Thank you so much for all you do."
