We felt like we were in an expensive jewellers, the customer care was outstanding. Teddy took great care in assisting us to get the perfect ring and the right sizing. The ring was purchased, resized at Northen Diamond and on my finger within an hour of walking into Ramsdens. I'd recommend Ramsdens on Union Street to anyone.
