"DO NOT USE FOR REPAIRS I engaged this group to repair my washing machine. At first all seemed well as they responded very quickly, though I was a bit suspicious that the diagnosis of the problem took place purely over the 'phone. Thereafter all went downhill quickly. They claimed to have ordered the parts, but couldn't confirm what had been ordered, or when. They refused to give ANY indication as to when the repair would take place- even when I asked whether it would be "days, weeks or months", they wouldn't commit to an estimate. Every day I would call for updates, and each time I spoke to a different person with a different story: sometimes the parts hadn't been ordered yet, for example; when I questioned anything, apparently the one person who would know the answer was "out on a call", and "didn't have a mobile". In the end I gave up on them. Utterly inept. If I could give them zero stars I would."
