"We went to get my daughter some shoes for school. As my daughter can be very picky we thought it could be a problem, but the staff were fantastic! It was quite busy in store but they still gave us 110% of their attention and listened to my daughter, her concerns and found a pair of shoes that fitted her. About 10 pairs of shoes we're tried on! They offered 20% off adult shoes and gave the same level of attention to us as parents. Unfortunately there weren't any adult shoes that we wanted but we will definitely be back! The customer service was superb! A refreshing change to feel valued as a customer."
