"Practice manager needs to improve on her people and animal empathy, not very friendly, both our dogs were terrified of her. I've even left the vets in tears at one point after the way she spoke to me. The other vets/vet nurses are super, special thank you to the kind Sarah who had to do the tough job of coming out to put our old dog to sleep, Olivia is lovely and great with our pets, and shows the correct empathy to clients, animal and human."
