"Chris impressed me very much with our little collie, however; on returning with our older collie.. i just had to leave and bite my tongue before making it into the examination room. Reception staff are downright inconsiderate, rude and dismissive and for that reason unfortunately for Chris.. I will not be returning until more intelligent open-minded reception staff are employed, who don't turn their heads, roll their eyes and mutter like your not able to see!"
