"Been send multiple additional invoices for stuff that was suppose to be part of a puppy pack which I purchased. Vet on our puppy health check said that our puppy is 'perfectly fine', only upon phoning them I found out that the notes form that visit said it had elevated temperature and some other concerns. Totally unprofessional."
