"I was sitting in my car waiting for the shop to open when an employee of next came along and told me to leave the car park, and then started taking photos of my car, which is against the law under GDPR legislation. She refused to stop when I asked her, and refused to delete the photos. Of course I left immediately but still have had no explanation of why I was asked to leave. I will be suing."

"Absolute worst service. Was looking to purchase x2 suits today ready for a wedding at the weekend. Son was also hoping to buy a new jacket. 16:20 approx and the customer service or support was none existent for us. X3 staff dealing with one customer at the checkout and another customer sounded like a million and one problems being served by another.... And you wasn't even that busy!!! First person in que had to leave because they were taking so long (he was fuming) then after this customer I waited a while before deciding I'd be better off buying from elsewhere also fuming. Very poor from next and will definitely be avoiding in future."
