"The girls in the shop were absolutely fantastic, very helpful couldn't do enough. Found the perfect pair tried them on and were really comfortable but told them there was a difference in colour, therefore the boots did not match, the manager/owner's response was that they have been on display, this was spoken in a very blunt way, as if this was my fault. I explained to the girls I had to go to another shop and would be back to buy them. I then found the exact same boots on the makers website (Loake) £60 cheaper. Spoke to the young, helpful girl about the discount and she had to speak to the manager/owner which is completely understandable. At the same time another gentleman saw what I was doing and he was going to do the same thing. I then spoke with the manager/owner who was rude and obnoxious with me and said I was the one being rude and that he had already wasted an hour on my sale (which was not true) and that we should just buy it online as he could no longer be bothered with my custom. At this point, myself and the other gentleman left. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they are searching for low customer service skills exclusively from the manager."

"Poor customer service. Place an order via the website to collect a pair of shoes in store. After I had waited the time frame given on their website and recieved no collection communication I went into the shop to enquire about the order. I was then told that I won't be getting them as it was a 'stock error' .. This is not something you expect to happen and in my eyes poor customer service as I had to chase the order myself and no one bothered to contact me. So who knows if I would have been contacted had it been left any longer?! I did get a refund however, I don't believe my request of having another pair of shoes for the same price was unreasonable. Which Zigzag declined. I won't be coming back."
