"I would give minus stars if possible. Ordered through just eat the order was left at a random house in my large housing estate. The driver never rang to see it was our house or if we received the order. After ringing to get a refund as we never received our order after waiting 90 minutes I was told the food was delivered to someone's house so I wasn't getting a refund. Absoluty No customers service and a disgraceful management of the situation. Would recommend NO ONE to order from here."

"Minutes waiting for food: 30-40 minutes FIRST IMPRESSIONS (Food hasnt been tasted yet) Dantes Mill looks quite nice from the outside, however, stepping inside the premises I can see that the floor hasnt been cleaned, there is a mess of paperwork, pens and other items strewn across tables. For some unknown reason you must order at the counter, god forbid having someone come down to ask you what you wished to eat. The general atmosphere simply feels untidy and almost clostraphobic. Currently, there is a TV playing what seems to be some YouTube video, several clips containing swearing. Staff members seemingly more focused on TV than food. This is a takeaway as well, some customers taking out have been waiting almost 25 minutes and it's not exactly busy as there are only 3 people here. UPDATE: Thank God this place isnt busy. Over priced items, 3 out of 5 members of our party (Me included) has been served. Now after a long wait the two pizza orders have been cancelled due to a fault with the Pizza Oven. The food here is absaloutley horrid, the "Garbage" items on their menu are exactly that, garbage. When a member of staff asks you a question, they don't come to the table, they shout across the counter. There is no bathroom facilities available in Dantes Mill, now we've packed up and are on the road to Frair Tucks, somewhere we will definately get tastier, quick food. First and last time eating here and I would recommend you would avoid here like the plague, the good reviews that are seen is when the Mill was under different ownership."

"Had to wait about 25mins for garbage fries on thu afternoon.chips fine, but sauces very average, chicken very chewy, peperoni very salty and the worst thing these Bacon pieces everywhere. Only two stars for food and 4 for service, so 3 all together."
