"Communication with this college is terrible. Student absence line and main reception do not pick up when you call. I dropped out within a year because it got very difficult for me to complete my coursework to a good standard. And not one staff member seemed concerned about that? Not one call or anything from them asking why I had stopped attending. They would also change your timetable out of nowhere, so this is a nightmare if you also have a job alongside this. I found it very irritating that they would make you come in for 1 two hour lesson one day a week— couldn’t this have been done online? Staff members in H&S Care department gossip too, if you go in their office you can hear them having a natter and laugh about their students."
"The college is luxurious, has many different facilities and includes a Starbucks. The members of staff are polite, helpful and very supportive. Would definitely recommend to anyone."
