"Leek is a great town, and offers a more relaxed approach shopping that retail parks don't have, with an even greater choice of shops and cafes for you to visit. On this visit we went into the local library, and what a really nice surprise it gave us. Not only is the building a fantastic example of architecture long forgotten, but it also housed some great little surprises. It has a library, a small museum, a bit of an art gallery, and a small gift shop, the gift shop having some great bargains. This really is a place that anyone visiting needs to see, to which I'm sure you'll love what you see."

"Enrolling was not so simple, a very long winded process. Paid the course fee then 2 days later I have an email stating course is cancelled. I requested a refund but nothing has happened. No refund yet. Apparently again it is a long process having to go through about 6 people before going to the finance department. No communication from them telling me of the progress. Been a week and half since I first requested, told them I needed it back for another course I had enrolled in. That isn't happening either due to the fact they haven't given me my money back."

"My god the communication is awful! For months I’ve been trying to get into a class and someone to contact me back. NOPE! No idea who runs this place but really not happy how the staff does not communicate with each other. All I want is to join up Adult Maths and English, not hard right? But where is the phone call back where is the email back. NOTHING! Really not happy. I will be going to the Open day in June and I’m expecting to speak to someone about joining the Adult Maths and English course. If still nothing I will contact the head of this University and speak to them myself, if that doesn’t work the head of Board of University of Education. All I want is too join the Adult Maths and English. Nothing. Really not happy with their service."
