"Hannah at the Gunwharf branch needs a medal! We went in 5 weeks before our wedding to hire 6 adult and 2 children suits and bought the grooms suit! She worked tirelessly with us for over 8 hours in total, to ensure that the men had all their suits. 3 of the suits were for an usher and page boys that don’t live in the country and she made sure that she had enough suits just in case they didn’t fit! She went above and beyond and we appreciated all the effort that her and the team at Moss Bros made as they all fitted perfectly! Thank you Hannah for the time and effort spent and for the amazing service that was provided."

"Booked an appointment at 11.45am Sunday for a Black Tie hire fitting. Arrived early to an empty store, approached the till just to say we’ve arrived early if anyone’s is free, no issues if not. Wow this was a major issue, we were scolded by the gentleman at the till- ‘We are booked right out on Sundays, no way can we see you, you shouldn’t turn up early etc, all while gesticulating wildly. So so rude. We told them don’t worry, left the shop & didn’t return. We could not believe the condescending attitude, the rude body language. Major issues with customer service at this store that need to be addressed."

"Came in to this store last week and was dealt with very efficiently by Kyle, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. He was very thorough and went the extra mile to ensure that myself and my brother had everything that we needed and that sizing was as it should be. Kyle was very polite, informative and clearly knows what he’s talking about. I’d definitely return to this store in the future based on that experience alone, give the man a pay rise!"
