"Tasty Tuesday First - what a lovely welcome we had from H when visited. Then to a delightful exciting menu to suit everyone’s taste buds a dilemma. The Classic comforts - interesting seasonal mains very tempting. However, we felt the lighter bites option on this occasion - Open roast rib of beef sandwich amazing - along with the Sussex game terrine a wonderful tasty decorative plate. Chef Adam surely has an excellent culinary talent. Look forward to returning to experience more of the menu."

"Booked a birthday celebration lunch and wanted to be able to take our puppy. Very pleased to find outdoor seating surrounded by fields & views across the countryside. Menu was varied and very appetising! I ordered a monkfish main and was not disappointed. Beautifully presented and delicious! We all enjoyed our meals (steak dish & fish & chips also ordered). We then ordered pudding, again dishes were very good. Eaton mess, sorbet all good. Lovely staff, attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend!"
