"I first went to see Litza about 18 months ago after she was recommended to me by a friend. I had so much anger inside me and would fly off the handle at the slightest thing but I could just as easily be very tearful, it would take much to make me cry. I felt like everyone was looking at me, judging me and talking about me behind my back but didn't know why and struggled with every day tasks, life to me was hard work. Unbeknown to me, I was suffering with Stress, Anxiety and Depression. Having never had Hypnotherapy before I was unsure what to expect but Litza made me feel relaxed and at ease right away.
