"Normaly have no issues. Today however service at the bar good. Food delivered CHIPS Double dipped over cooked. Very oily. No check back at all so couldnt complain and not feeling to good today couldnt deal with the confrontation to be fair. The garlic bread was good. Wifes pi was super crunchy and could of done with hammer to break through. Scampi was wilted and soft not very hot. Chicken staryer was also ok and the pepsi and bottle of water. All in all not a very good customer experience today. Kind of makes me wonder do i return."

"Overall was a good experience. 4 star just because of few things Got the drinks but not the kids drinks. So when you have a 3 and a 4 years kid . Staring on you because the don't have they own one's is a little bit annoying. Went on bar all sorted. But the main problem was to pay for a large £15+carvery and to get a very very thin slice of ham/beef and smaller honestly 2/2 inches because was the end of it. And 2 thin slices of turkey..was so thin that the meat broke apart not more then 100gr of meat all together. Yeah you can have as much veg you like . But this is not the point when you want a roast dinner. Most probably the GP on this dish is a nice one for Kitchen Manager. Then was no sauces just gravy. I've ask for some . Mange to have it in 10 min. Again this place have potential could get 5 easily with just a little bit of work. Nice location. Decent prices to."

"Good pub in a good location in North Gosport. I had the carvery which has been better, the gammon was lovely but the beef very dry, the roast potatoes needed more time in oven and carrots were dry, overall nice but could be better. Good service from carvery but felt like they were having a bad day in the kitchen and bar staff looked tired."

"So good we came back the next night as we were staying next door. Carvery the frist night, simply outstanding. Burgers the next, just awesome. Very warm welcome and the staff are excellent adding to a fantastic experience."
