After ordering at 11pm i was promised my food at 2am, 3 hours later... well beyond acceptable, they then delivered around 12 whilst making no effort to contact those inside. just parked outside without even calling those inside. multiple hours later no food and definite closure on any of my family ordering from al Pacino's again. tried to resurrect the issue, nothing."
