"Waited an hour and a half to get some one else's order spoke with manager didn't really seam bothered just said we will get your order out to you..... Asked if I could have a refund if it doesn't turn up in the next 20 mins as that would make it shy of 2 hours waiting. Was told the manager couldn't issue refunds soon as i mentioned law states she could I then got a response stating on this occasion if the deliver doesn't turn up I can have a refund ..... Shocking I will not be using you again."
