Medici Medical Centre

"I have been a patient at the Medici Medical Centre for 10 years and it has been consistently the best surgery I have ever registered with. I recently had an health issue and I called at 8:30 and got in line which meant I was 3rd in the queue. The receptionist took my name and problem and told me to expect a call back from the doctor who ordered blood tests. This has been my consistent experience. Polite receptionist, well organised appointments both by phone or in person. I am very grateful for their work."

"I was register with this surgery last year and faced so much trouble .But recently i found Ms Karren Martin,she is the one who always helped and try to solved issues as much as she could. She is very humble and helpful. May God always blesses her."

"The absolute worse surgery you can go to!! Currently i have symptoms near that of a chest infection and when I spoke to one of the nurses, Nurse Anne specifically she was downright rude!! Straight off the bat she had an attitude and sounded like she could not be bothered to understand what symptoms I experienced. After explaining to her, she had the audacity to tell me that what I was saying "didnt add up". And that she "didnt agree" with how I was explaining my symptoms. While speaking I requested a doctors note so I could prove to my Univeristy about a missed assignment and any absences I would have due to being unwell. I explained my Uni will not accept a SC1 certificate and she repeatedly told me "how many times do i have to explain you need an SC1" talking down to me as if I was an infant !! And to top it off I explained the way she dealt with my enquiries was unprofessional and she told me she did not like my attitude and proceeded to terminate the call before I was done speaking !! Do not waste your time with this useless surgery."

"If I can put 0 i would. GP reception is disgusting. If the GP opens at 8:00 and this is when people usually make appointments, why am I being told that it's for emergencies only such as a Heart Attack! Why would someone be calling the GP if they think they are having a Heart Attack. If that is the case change the times on online to 08:30. Receptionist's are rude and have no compassion or understanding. It's already hard to get appointments as it is let alone getting through to speak to someone just to hear that. Absolute JOKE."

"Not recommended. They will always tell you no appointment and they don't pick calls . I called and reported a chest pain , the receptionist said call 111 , we are fully booked. No appointment again for today. I even suggested a phone call from the doctor, she said sorry we are fully booked. Have never seen a surgery as worst as Medici in my life. They don't always care"
