"Obviously the products are 100% good quality and in all honesty I love shopping here because I love trespass products. However there is one very rude member of staff that works here. I don’t know his name but once I took in a jacket that did not fit well. I wanted a refund or return. Somehow the security tag was still on it when I walked in and asked for a refund. So this member of staff asked me for a receipt and what I thought was the correct one wan not. I accidentally picked the wrong receipt up. When I showed him the receipt he said ‘I can’t refund it and won’t even if you bring the receipt.’ I asked why he said because ‘how do I not know you just took it out the shop and stole it’ This upset me but I just carried on."
