"Most unprofessional service available. Apparently they could not find the address to deliver the parcel ( even though I provided all relevant information ) but my guess is they just didn't bother to deliver at all. Their app didn't allow me to schedule a redelivery so now the parcel was sent back. The support staff on app, will just waste your time. Avoid this service."

"Claiming to have missed me and left a card. Next day went to locate their distribution centre. Drove around Aberdeen looking for Yodel, finishly discovered they are masked as Menzies distribution. They couldn't even find the parcel and then advised that I should have called before coming(they don’t even answer calls). I’ll be redirecting this feedback to Menzies distribution. They don't care about your feedback here. Would not use this courier even if they offer free service."

"Parcel was supposed to be delivered on 22nd of October, I waited in and no one came the next day the tracker said information unavailable where the delivery date should have been. I have been patient but because its a Christmas gift I got anxious and contacted them. "Maybe the label is damaged" and wanted to know what was in it and told me she would take it up with the depot. I demanded the number to contact them myself and was given the number for parcel force. Just on my way out the door to go to the depot and speak to a real person. Total joke!"
