"If i could leave 0 stars i would! Have had so many issues every time i have been sent a parcel being delievred by them. Avoid at all costs. Many deliveries supposedly tried to deliver that have been totally fabricated as cctv shows otherwise, and may fake redircted parcels when i have not requested it. along with poor customer service and days wasted waiting at home for nobody to appear."

"Passport and work visa said delivered and signed for. I have not received either. Very bad customer service when tried contacting them they said not there issue."

"What an absolute shocking service provided, driver gets to within 2 miles of my address then turns around and heads back to the depot, not once but 3 times! Avoid at all costs, time lost waiting in and frustration when you can track the driver!"

"Only ever had packages delivered from them. Both times I have had to clear plans and stay in all day to ensure I was home for delivery (which is fine). However, both times delivery has not been on the day as stated but yet the package has been sitting in the Aberdeen depot since the earlier hours of the morning. Very frustrating."
