"Total rip off... stinking attitude from the very start of the journey from the driver, took the longest route possible... switched off the meter on Queen St traffic lights at £5.20 going to the Palace hotel and charged us £10 for the journey...... If I could have given them zero stars it would still be too much..... The driver who picked us up should loose his licence.... Avoid this taxi firm at all costs"
"Booked a taxi told driver would be straight out at 10.15 10.45 no driver so called up and told they had given my taxi to aberdeen run and had phoned another company needed to be at work at 11. Boy on the phones attitude was shocking I used them on regular basis but now use grab a cab or central much better service!!"
"So very disappointed. A foreign taxi driver refused my fare to which the telephonist gave me another taxi to take me home. ...wether I one person interview four persn should make no difference ...don't use national taxis ."
"Absolutely horrible, we got charged £40 yes £40!!! For a taxi from mintlaw to peterhead with 1 stop also with the guy threatening to take us to the police because we were questioning the amount and also not to mention the fact he swore at us many times on our journey which was quite intimidating and then almost refusing to let us out of the taxi! Then to phone the office and just get argued with further ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! Oh and btw currently typing this still on our way walking home as we got dropped off a good 15 minute walk from our house so even though it was £40 nobody was actually dropped off at home"
