"Would not recommend this business, shocking customer service. Ordered a monstera ring. Waited in total 17+weeks for delivery. Had to chase up multiple times via Instagram and e mail. Was told it would take 4+weeks for order to be shipped but not actually given a date. Finally checked in for the 3rd time in December and got an e mail back saying that my order was being packed that day and shipped. Hardly believable or a huge coincidence. Once the ring arrived and after waiting 14+ weeks I was extremely disappointed with the quality. Did not look like the picture on the website. Ring looked cheaply made and flimsy. The band on the ring is so thin it could very easily be damaged with a slight knock. I have included a picture for reference. I contacted them again to explain I wasn’t happy, they offered store credit or a re size. I wasn’t confident in sending the ring back as I wasn’t sure if it would ever be returned and I did not want store credit for another ring that would take months to arrive and be of equal quality to the one I received. I e mailed to state my disappointment again and that I didn’t want store credit and I got one final reply saying someone would get back to me after the team had to take some time off and have not heard back since, this was in January 2023. After 5+ months of back and forth with e mails I have given up on this business and will just keep the ring. I appreciate this is a small business and do my best to support where I can which is why I ordered from them and they do have nice looking products on their page. This being said there is no excuse for such poor customer service / to ignore your customers. There needs to be a 360 view of the products on the website for full disclosure. Also with the business constantly posting on Instagram and advertising going to events with their products and also posting about being behind on e mails etc it seemed like there were more excuses than solutions to managing their demand or managing contact with customers that had already placed orders. I feel there are other ways for this business to manage demands and this needs to be resolved but it seems from other review this won’t be the case."

"Visited their Derby store after reading about them in a leading fashion magazine. A great and unique selection of jewellery, unlike anything else I’ve seen, and an option of bespoke jewellery also - amazing! Their store had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and Paris was happy to answer all my questions around my choice of purchase. I will be back. Thanks again !"

"I unfortunately have to echo previous reviews and say that my experience with this business has not been good at all. In my first experience with GGG, my mum placed an order for four rings on 21st October 2022, and chased the order on 29th November (my birthday which the rings were originally for). She was informed that orders were currently taking 6 weeks, which we were happy to wait for, and that they would have hurried the order if they had known it was for a birthday. 9 weeks later they finally arrived, with no communication even acknowledging the order had taken 3 weeks longer than promised. I was happy to understand this because Christmas is a busy time especially for small businesses etc. I placed an order myself on 29th December, at which point the waiting times were stated as being a few different things depending on if you checked the website or social media. 11 weeks later I requested to cancel the order because I felt I had waited long enough, and received a reply referencing the order notes page – which is full of seemingly meaningless reasons as to why orders take so long (what exactly is a “slow mindful jewellery brand”?!), and also that orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. The order was dispatched that day. As a previous review stated, customers on the whole are supporting of small businesses and understanding of individual circumstances. However, when the brand is constantly posting on social media about trading at events and giving nothing but excuses and no apologies that orders are taking an unacceptably long time, it feels a lot like they are more interested in taking more peoples’ money than fulfilling orders that customers have already paid for. I have given two stars because I do like the jewellery I have received from GGG, but will be very unlikely to purchase from here again."

"Lovely jewellery but sadly appalling customer service. My friend and I both ordered a ring in October for each others birthdays- delivery said it would take 4 weeks. Mine arrived after Christmas and my friend is still waiting for hers months later and multiple emails ignored. It seems like they’re happy to take people’s money knowing that delivery times are not accurate or caring that items turn up at all. I would avoid completely. Edit: As a response to your reply, my friend’s jewellery was not shipped at the same time as mine. It was actually shipped before mine. 4 weeks was stated on your website, not 12. I had to chase my order up for it to be shipped. I was told it was 8 weeks and it would still arrive before Christmas and it did not. Clearly this is not acceptable. I run a small business myself and would never take orders and money from people and for 4 months +. I like to give people plenty of chances but this is a completely unacceptable way to run a business and clearly many people have also had this same issue."

"Love this place and love these guys. Everything is beautifully made and with such care. So much so that they even made my engagement ring and will be making my wedding bands also. I love their individual style and communication is always brilliant. Thanks guys."
