"Appalling customer service. The man serving me made assumptions and shut me down as soon as I began to correct him. Something went wrong with my prescription and he made it very clear that it was not a problem on their end. This particular individual needs an attitude check and a lesson on how to treat customers. I will no longer be using this pharmacy as a result. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Really bad news I'm afraid. The doctors have taken on more patients but the chemist cannot cope. Now during the Corona virus, the queues are horrendous. Over 2 hours waiting to be told it's not ready.Then got a text to pick it up...Had to wait 45 mins. 2hours45min for a prescription?? Absolutely terrible. Post covid…. I’m absolutely pleased to say thank you to Well for braving the storm and coming out of it by a massive improvement of their service. 5 stars guys ! Brilliant!"
"Absolutely disgraceful. I called in to collect a covid antigen test kit, stood there with my code on my phone only to be totally ignored by the staff. There was one gentleman in front of me who was waiting for a prescription and he said to one of the staff to serve me while he was waiting, needless to say, they ignored his comment and I think I must have been invisible! And there was only the two of us in the pharmacy at the time. The phone was ringing out all the time I was in there as well. Very ignorant staff. So I got in the car, drive to Tesco and picked one up straight away."
