"After having a nightmare with my GP surgery in Tamworth getting an emergency prescription sent over the staff at Rowlands were absolutely amazing. So helpful at a very stressful time. I just wanted to share my appreciation."

"As a visitor to the Middlewich area i needed to locate where i could go to have a blood pressure test. I called into the Numark chemist and spoke to Christine, a lovely lady who told me to go to the Oaklands medical practice where they have a self serve monitor that i could use. Oh no.... the receptionist,Chelsea i think, was quite rude and would not let me use the machine telling me ,rather snootily, that i should go elsewhere as i was not a patient of the practice. I was quite cross as even when i explained my need for one she flatly refused. I went next door to Rowlands chemist where i was greeted by Mary who was very very helpful,even when my blood pressure was high she took another reading and she suggested that i return the next morning when i would obviously be calmer. I returned this morning,7/7/22 and was once again met by Mary who instantly remembered me and she took a calmer reading. Thankyou Mary it was lovely to meet someone so dedicated and after chatting to eachother you made me feel calm and cared for. Thankyou Mary thankyou Rowlands. 5 stars"

"Usually i go in and everythings fine. But today was not at all fine. I asked for the prescription the person couldnt find it. So the person looked on the system. She could see that it had been ordered.she asked if i could come back later. I said i know hes running out and needs it.So she went to the same place on the rail to look again. Nope still not there. So she says no i cant find them they might be on the shelf. Can you come back later. Im there with a 7 month old and a toddler i really did not want to pack them back in the car to try again later. I ask if she can print me the prescription out so that I can try a different pharmacy to try and find them as he really needs the tablets. The person goes to the back where tgey do the prescriptions and 5 mins later comes back with the tablets. So why could they of not just done the prescription in the first place instead of asking me to come back with 2 children in tow. Waiting for nothing whilst she was looking for it when it clearly wasn't on the rail. All the while my toddler is having a tantrum because hes bored of waiting."

"Good and big pharmacy complete of all service also a consulting room where you can check your weight. Warm inside and comfortable you can find also a set of seats where you can wait your turn relaxing for a moment after a stressing working day. Staff competent and kind."
