"We use this pharmacy quite often as it is next door to the doctors. However the waiting times are ridiculous. We have to wait over 20 minutes during each visit. I think they need more staff for such a busy business."
"Absolutely fantastic service today after being fobbed of by merepark even tho explained how bad my face is and that I had to physically open my eye with me hand because swellings that bad.. lovely to know the staff here have common sense and cannot see the sense in sending me to a&e by ambulance as have no transport and wasting valuable resources absolutely fantastic offer off help the lot will be raising massive complaint with merepark.. these guys gave me what they could and numbing gel as impossible to get a emergency appointment with dentist"
"Was extremely surprised and disappointed to see the male pharmacist wearing his mask under his chin The rest of the staff were all correctly wearing their PPE and maintained good social distancing rules. It is hoped that the gentleman in question is not a super spreader, breathing over all the boxes to be delivered to the vulnerable who are at home waiting for their meds to be delivered. As a retired nurse I really would expect a professional to be setting a better example."
