It’s clear they need another lead pharmacist that can approve prescriptions going out, especially as she also does injections. The forward planning isn’t great and speed of service is very slow. The staff are pleasant enough."

"I am new to the area and used this pharmacy for convenience as they are located next the the Doctors surgery. My experience thus far has been unsatisfactory. They take 3 to 5 days to process the prescription that is received electronically from the Doctors. If it is an actute medication that has been prescribed it should be prescribed the same day or the very next day. When it takes 3 to 5 days to process an acute drug it defeats the purpose whilst the patient is suffering. When l queried about the time it takes i was told by the pharmacist that people should learn to manage their expectations. I was taken aback by this response from the pharmacist. I trust the powers to be will be seriously be looking at their working practices."
