"We have used mainstream cleaning a couple of times recently. First of all I was incredibly impressed with Dawn, as a first impression of the company it was a great start. She was extremely professional and proactive, went out of her way to help get our jobs planned in at our convenience. She was kind, courteous and kept me informed at every step. The house was spotless each time. Frank and his team are very thorough indeed and also very polite and friendly. We had a small hiccup with the extent of the job the second time as a carpet clean was to be included but had been missed on the actual day due to an internal breakdown in communication but it was resolved quickly, everyone was extremely apologetic and the carpets were done just a couple of days later. Overall I am very happy with mainstream cleaning and the service they provided."
