"I've spoken to the baerdy guy who is supposed to be an expert on fish. After 30 minutes of listening to a verbal diarrhoea, I found very little useful information. When I confronted his claims with research, it was a bunch of bull***t. Quick check on the Internet and at the local fish shop debunked most of his claims. As a customer, I'd appreciate honesty rather than making stuff on the spot, praying on unexperienced customers. I'm not impressed. Before you go there, ask experts in the dedicated local shops or do research on the Internet as the information in the shop is less than reliable."
"Really upset me when I told them of my beloved 16 year terriers passing and deleted her from the app. Not great customer service. I have emailed them. Bring back Darren! The best staff member there."
"This is place is a good sized store and has a good selection of pet supplies for the most common house hold pets. I have generally found the staff to be quite knowledgeable and helpful and would recommend having a chat to them if your unsure of something. Price wise the place can be bit and miss sometimes you can find the same stuff cheaper elsewhere, in general though it is a pretty good pet store."
