"Tried to sort out drainage problems vi my policy. Because i have tried to sort the problem myself not classed as emergency. I am 83 years old and think this is disgusting as not even trying to help. What am I paying for!!!"

"We're cheap when I first used them, but this years quote went up by 34%. So I did a search and found insurance cheaper than what I was paying the previous year. So I declined the renewal and told them not to renew it. They contacted me to see if they could make a better offer, like all of them do. So I told them that I'm not interested and that if they could give me a better offer why not do that in the first place. I also said that they always do this with the hope that people either can't be bothered to check especially old people. They rang me to explain why its more expensive but I really didn't care, that's their problem. I just told them I'm renewing elsewhere. They obviously didn't like this as they've sent an email to me saying my insurance won't be renewed. Not once, but so far 11 times!!! This clearly reflects on their lack of professionalism, acts of a childish mind! So, in summery, DO NOT USE!"

"Appalling service. The home emg policy from Intelligent Insurance is covered by this second company LIM (Legal Insurance Management Group), who uses a subcontractor to 'sort the problem'. Only they couldn't sort the problem, but I did get charged for the callout, after which I STILL had to find my own engineer and sort the problem that day! Took 3 months to resolve a very very minor home emergency issue and I am completely dissatisfied with the service and have had to pay out my own pocket despite having a home emergency policy. Avoid using this company like the plague."

"The communication I have just had from this company is both rude and un called for. Being threatened with legal action if I didn't pay the cancellation fee for the policy I had just cancelled the previous week! A week! All paid but j recommend you re word your emails and find staff that can reply without being patronising."
