"Booked a taxi via Map My Ride app for the first time and was quoted £6.20. Chose cash option as I like to tip driver. Driver raised charge to £15 for a 2mile ride at 7.15pm when I had no chance to book alternatives. Went to wrong location and was 20 minutes late. Will never use this service again!"

"What a day!!! Called to book a taxi as we had issues with our car and it was being towed to a garage. The gent on the phone asked where abouts we were, where we were going and said the taxi would be there to meet us. And yes she was, what a wonderful lady, Amanda, and amazing service from all involved. Amanda even helped us with our bags to the door. Thankyou both for making a stressful afternoon an awful lot easier."
