"Just back from 2 night stay at Ferryhill. Beautiful clean, spacious room overlooking garden. Quiet room with everything you would need supplied. Breakfast great choice and plentiful. We also had a meal which was reasonably priced and lots of choice. Hotel only a 15min walk to shops etc. Definitely be back if up in Aberdeen."

"The room was spacious, the bed was huge, it was all clean and comfy. The fish and chips at dinner was the best I've ever had, fresh fish with perfect batter. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast scrambled eggs with smoked salmon was delicious. Will definitely stay again."

"The service is usually always good and attentive (think there has been a change of staff recently, as a semi regular I used to recognise the same faces but seen fewer on recent visits) the food is well made, presented and tastes good. Portion sizes are worth what you pay, good value for money. The bar, restaurant and outdoor areas are well maintained and it's usually busy so book ahead. Never struggled for a car parking space either."

Every detail had been thought through. Excellent breakfast menu, food cooked to perfection. Will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it! Well done Ferryhill Hotel 5* stay"
