"Went there with the family yesterday for a last minute meal with two sleepy and hungry kids. The place was clean and plenty space available. The meal order was also taken quickly. This is where things fell apart. The order never arrived even after a 20+ minutes wait. On asking why, finally it turned out it was "stuck in the till" despite being paid for. An apology and a few minutes later, the food arrived. They did not provide us with plates despite requests. The water machine was broken so we had to go away from our table every time we needed water (which was several times). The only saving grace was the food - it was it's usual best. And the ambience good. I do hope they fix these problems. I would like to continue coming here for the food."
