"I joined Mantis over two years ago and now my two girls have joined me too….so I can say from experience the classes for all age groups are great fun, very welcoming and encourage respect. There is no pressure to complete each belt, you can do this at your own pace. There are different levels to sign up to depending on how many times a week you can make it to train which makes it flexible when you have a family… or just a busy week! I was recommended the club by a friend and I really enjoy it, it challenges me and is a fantastic way to stay fit."
