"Can't comment on the level of childcare, given that we reserved a place for our child well over a year ago then, received a phone call out of the blue to say that our place was no longer available a couple months before he was due to start. I guess that your reservation contracts and fees hold no weight at all? Every nursery we've approached to find a place at short notice since has been astonished that this is even a situation we find ourselves in - I guess this speaks volumes for the quality of management at this nursery. We've received many contradictory stories for why this has happened from the management, but the truth is there is no excuse. Not sure if it's greed or just incompetence, but either way if you find yourself without family close to rely on and need a guaranteed nursery place them DO NOT use this nursery. (Ps, if I could give negative stars I most definitely would!)"
