"It’s like an infestation of year 7 it’s a nightmare good football practice punting them across the field, after removing the lockers it’s like the backrooms with more weirdos ,avoid HIM he’s something , not a bad school boring and forgettable teachers horrible mental health problem L SCHOOL really glitchy needs a patch update keep clipping through the upper mall and see the same model everywhere"

"Joined the sixth form in September of 2020. Ruined my mental health, i received little to no support with my education. When i started dropping behind i was told 'if i keep at the rate i'm going i'll fail the year', support was promised but never delivered. They only help the most promising students, those with low grades are pushed to the side. I felt so isolated."

"I was there between 02 - 07. Awful experience. No support from teachers/staff for a child that was clearly struggling with social and academic issues. I was put aside as the bad kid and as a result I failed tremendously. I hope other youngsters have a better support network than what I had."

"The school is a great place to serve your child good education and things like values as a person. The leadership by principles and teachers are excellent, but a problem as a student is that they lack in proper good leadership or that the system favours particular students, but understand that it is common in most schools. Policies in school are a bit too annoying on us (i.e. Not being allowed in certain places but a lack of activities to do at break and a harsh phone policy on students) but understand most is for the students' fault on their behalf. Take your kid to this school, I'm doing very well and I hope my future is going to be successful due to the many subjects there are, however social aspects can be rocky for your child as they can have many or to no friends, but there is many good about this school and take your kid for a quality education in Derby."
