"Dangerous and irresponsible. My wife and elderly nan (82 years old) called and booked for collection outside Costa in Crowthorne after doing some food shoping. He parked up blocking the driveway in and out of Costa. What really angers me and scared my poor nan and wife, was when he pulled away and started driving before my nan was fully and safely in the car. She had one leg in the car and the other out, not even sat down yet. He started driving away forcing my nan to grab onto the car door and be pulled along and hop quickly to try and not full over onto the floor. Both my nan and my wife had to scream at him to stop driving. His excuse was, he was distracted and didn't notice my nan was still hanging out of the car. WHO IN THIER RIGHT MIND DRIVES WITHOUT CHECKING EVERYONE IS SAFE FIRST!!! The fear and stress my nan was in, my wife thought better not start an argument with the driver because it will make things worse for our nan. Getting nan calm and destressing was more important given other medical issues. He dropped them of home and still had the cheek to charge them full price. My nan being in pain, and hates confrontation, paid up because she didn't want the argument. My wife to keep my nan happy, went along and didn't say anything because wanted to keep my nan calm and less stressed. I have since come home to my nan in tears, and a angry and fumming wife. I have called this so called taxi driver and yelled at him. He said to me "do you think I'm stupid? I said I was sorry what else do you want." This is just a one man company, I strongly advise staying away. What a dangerous and stupid man, should not be allowed to drive. This has really coursed my 82 year old nan to be in extream pain and is now off her feet for what could be days."
