"Good staff and clean room. My only complaint is that when using the shower in accessible room number 7 the floor is sloped away from the shower so it flooded the bathroom and my carer had the mop the floor to make sure I didn't slip."

"Was staying here and there were marks on the backboard above the bed, that I ended up cleaning up myself, the shower curtain was discusting, I put my 40 winks sign on the door to say I was sleeping and there was shouting in the corridor at god knows what time at night and when I called the front desk thothing was done and the shouting lasted for 4 hours, then the cleaners even tho that sign was on the door the cleaners were nothing but loud. They were cleaning in different while shouting a coversaition with each other whilst ignoring a guest who is asking for some toilet roll, I expected more from a this place, they are lucky I even gave it a one."

"Check in was great, Super friendly staff. rooms were comfy and big. The only down side is the charge for Wi-Fi so bring your own the breakfast box charge is a bit much but again there's a Starbucks and a burger king on site. the Pub is amazing for dinner and lunch a shame they don't do breakfast. Check out was simple just pop it in the box. Yeah this is one of the good ones. Now Mr travel lodge make one in Newtown"
