"Disappointing experience here last week. Saw a dermatologist as an out patient privately for some some sun damage and had no issues with his consultation - he was very prompt, efficient band professional . However could not have a treatment there and then because the ' freezing ' implement was unavailable this was down to the Nuffield ! Delay in private treatment now for 6 weeks !! Reception staff ware surely , overwhelmed by the number of patients there . Very , very disappointing private healthcare service"
"I was in this hospital on the 8th February this year (23) for quite a big operation, from the time I arrived, the staff were wonderful, nothing was to much trouble. Food excellent, great choice. Thanks to all."
"Based on our experience.... They just want to fleece you out of as much money as they can. The consultant my wife saw didn't seem to take her condition seriously . Ended up being prescribed some tablets which when we went to a pharmacy were going to cost us an eye watering...... £180 a month!!!! VERY POOR!! Member of reception staff had a poor attitude also ...... Not good considering we were charged £200 for 15 minutes!!! Won't be bothering again any time soon.!"
"Nuffield boasts on site a private GP service, ‘around your schedule’. called on 23rd of December for a family member and they said the earliest they had was the 11th of January. so basically their website is a marketing lie."
"Great hospital. Service and care is excellent. Staff are great, attentive, kind, friendly and always there for you. I've had 4 operations here and the service and care has been fantastic on each occasion."
