"I made a complaint to Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, about dishonesty of staff. Firstly the complaint was locally suppressed, so no acknowledgement within their published policy of two days. This has happened more than once, & appears the norm. Then, 6 SHFT agents were involved in emails and telephone calls to shape the actual complaint to something that suits the outcome they desire. Fortunately, all my calls are recorded by default, so I have evidence of the dishonesty. I would have provided the recordings, but SHFT closed down the complaint before I had chance. Therefore, don't bother complaining to Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, they systemically crush any complaint to achieve the outcome they want. Far better to complain here, where people can form their own opinions on reviews. That said, the NHS Choices website that facilitates reviews, is subject to censorship, and my review was removed. Suffice to say, in doing what I write here, SHNHSFT management cheerfully, behaves dishonestly, which towards patients who may be very vulnerable, is unspeakably evil! If you have a choice, go anywhere else but Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust."
