"Dr Ingrid is a delightful person very warm, experienced with expert knowledge and it’s clear what you want and how she can help you get that are very important to her. I am a woman of colour. I have had a long standing scalp issue which I have not been able to get to the bottom of with the NHS. It has been a source of my distress for many years. There is no anti dandruff shampoo I haven’t tried. Dr Ingrid did an in depth investigation into my diet, lifestyle, scalp examination, sample photos to a lab and was able to give me a diagnosis within a relatively short period.
