"Absolutely shocking ring for an emergency appointment have tell receptionist everything then get put on nurse call back list for them decide if you can be seen. I rang got put on list as soon as I hung up I nipped toilet I hear phone ringing and as I'm struggling to walk I didn't get to phone in time so got a text saying try again tomorrow. She literally rang seconds after me ringing for an appointment so now I'm in pain having to wait till tomorrow and no doubt I won't even get seen anyway."

"Everyone is so quick to criticise but no one gives praise where due. Both my husband and myself have received first class treatment from Hungerford. Today I rang at 8 am for an appointment, only had to wait 4 minutes for a reply and was referred to a nurse who rang me back a quarter of hour later. She arranged an appointment for 10 a. m where I was seen by a doctor who prescribed medicine for me and I was back home by 10. 20 a.mMy husband also received great service when he was ill just before Christmas. Thank you to everyone concerned"

"Called for an emergency appointment and was given a useless phone call. Dr didn't listen to a word I was saying told me to ride it out and hung up the phone 2 minutes later. Apparently if I want an in person appointment I have to ring next week! The whole reason I rang this morning for an emergency appointment in the first place. Meanwhile I've not worked in 2 weeks and I'm supposed to be starting a new job on Monday ... Dr clearly don't care and definitely doesn't deserve the salary she is on. I could do the same thing sat at a desk on google!"

"had to wait well over a month for bloods. Due to certain important reasons unable to wear a face mask or shield refused by the nurse and practice personnel any service. diabetic enlarged heart liver problem blood flow recent unable to walk more than a few minutes etc etc thought the co(n)vid virus protection staff have however many jabs meant they are protected after all 98% approx natural survival rate without protection better than flu !!! Feel like i may have an early death sentence for all i know NO THANKS OF ANY HOPE lets hope i see 55"

"Absolutely shocking care. I had private surgery, which I could of had on the NHS, but I didn't want to wait. So I've saved the NHS money. I require some blood tests following the surgery and they have refused. It took them 2 months and many emails and calls from me to finally come back with a NO. Disgusting. Requested a copy of their complaints procedure and they have still not come back to me. Do yourself a favour and register with another GP Practice."
