"Absolute joke. Been trying to get through for 4 weeks for more spinal surgery. Told me to ring hospital, but they don't know what one, Been on the phone since 8.30, as an ex ambulance worker I would have better customer and patient service to all that need you"

"Absolutely dreadful practise, sat on phone for 30mins with no answer, so drove there, walked in with phone still ringing, not one of the staff doing anything but still not answering phone. Dr telling me that she will phone me for another appointment and a link to send photos. 2 messages now saying please send photo, still no link to where to send photo. Now they telling me they told me to book another appointment in 2 weeks, if this was the case why did she tell me she had to book me another appointment so that she could check my ears to see if I needed to be referred to ent specialist."

"Ridiculous, can’t get an appointment to have a consultation with a doctor..I have been trying to book an appointment for the last thee weeks. I have been calling every single day from 8:30 onwards. No one at the surgery answers the phone to book appointments , nor are you able to book appointments via myGP app. It Would be nice if the surgery could send out communication on how one is supposed to book an appointment."
