"if i could mark 0 stars i would. purchased a sofa saturday to find out its actually broken. after speaking to the shop they advised they do not offer refunds of exchanges and i should of noticed this before i paid. the sofa is broke from underneath inside- i would not of noticed this when visually inspecting at the shop. disgusting customer service"
