About the Business
Welcome to Minghella Studios, a creative hub and centre for film, theatre and television production located at the prestigious University of Reading.
Named after the renowned film director Anthony Minghella, our studios provide state-of-the-art facilities for emerging and established artists to explore the limitless possibilities of the arts. With a focus on innovation and experimentation, we invite artists from diverse backgrounds, cultures and disciplines to come together and collaborate, enabling them to create work that inspires and transforms.
Our studios offer a range of resources, including fully equipped green screen stages, post-production suites, rehearsal rooms, a cinema and audio recording studios, and are available for hire seven days a week. Additionally, we offer a variety of courses and workshops for aspiring filmmakers and creative professionals, providing opportunities to learn from experienced industry experts and further hone their craft.
At Minghella Studios, we pride ourselves on our commitment to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community of artists, where creativity is encouraged and celebrated.
