This all felt very impersonal and we definitely felt rushed. Would also prefer to be able to pick delivery slots online, had to order in store to have any choice."

"Well, it was a good experience to see how dedicated the staff were to welcome new customers. We received a nice greeting from Grant and a fantastic customer service. However, the other 4 were having a tea break, chatting away, not paying attention to customers walking by, and even sat on the desk while talking to others with hot drinks on the desk. It felt like we were disturbing they 'comfy' chat. To be honest, it was not overly crowded, however, the few didn't seem to matter."
