"Total sham. Lost £8000 from lost rental income due to Parma’s recommendations for a tenant. No sense of responsibility, apology or regret for his negligence. He is lucky I did not take legal action. No proper background check was carried out. Do not believe these fake reviews. Go with these incompetent people if you want to lose your money.
